Data science isn’t going anywhere. Regardless of the current state of most industries, data will always be generated, and in turn, there will always be a need for someone to make sense of it. While the COVID-19 virus has, unfortunately, put a damper on many companies’ hiring plans, there are still quite a few companies hiring data scientists over the next few months.
