OpenAI’s Kevin Weil Predicts the Arrival of Even More Effective AI Agents in 2025

Speaking with Axios’ Ina Fried at the World Economic Forum on Tuesday, Weil declared that AI agents capable of completing real-world tasks are imminent, marking a major milestone in AI development.

“I think 2025 is the year that we go from ChatGPT being this super smart thing that can answer any question you ask to ChatGPT doing things in the real world for you,” Weil explained during the discussion.
